Terms of Service

SLDocs is a service operated by Fiji Systems LLC dba SLDocs (“SLDocs,” “we,” “us”).

Our final Terms of Service are being prepared and will be published before SLDocs leaves its pre-launch period. We want the terms to accurately reflect every feature in the service, so we are deliberately drafting them once the application is feature-complete rather than iterating on a document that will change repeatedly.

In the interim, account holders are bound by the terms presented at sign-up and by the geographic restriction below:

• SLDocs is offered solely to residents of, and entities organized under the laws of, the United States. By creating an account you represent that you meet that requirement.
• You agree not to upload content that you do not have the right to store, that violates U.S. law, or that infringes the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others.
• You agree to keep your authentication credentials confidential and to notify us promptly at info@sldocs.com if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorization.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are used to harm other users or the service.
